On this page you can download forms used in the comptetitions and instructions for the Judges.
Scoresheet - This is the form which should be placed on the back of each photo that you turn in
for any of the competitions.
Judges Form - This form should be filled out by the competition chairperson with all of the entry
information. It should be given to the Judge along with all of the pictures.
Judge Instructions - These instructions should be given to the Judge along with the pictures.
Guidlines - These are instructions for the person who is chairing the competition.
